Mistakes in the Gym
Mistake #1.
This is the most common mistake, especially among those who want to lose weight, is a strict diet. You need to restrain yourself in nutrition if you are trying to lose extra pounds. But this does not mean at all that you can chew one unleavened lettuce leaf in a day. There should be a balanced diet, otherwise, after a certain time you will not even be able to reach the gym. Calculate the calorie content of your diet and make sure that it contains the correct ratio of fats, carbohydrates and proteins.
Mistake #2.
You run into the gym, jump straight onto some kind of exercise machine, and “pull on dumbbells”, then quickly run into the shower. The muscles did not have time to awaken, the ligaments and joints are not heated – this can result in serious injuries. First, you need to warm up properly for about 10-15 minutes on exercise bikes or on a treadmill. After training, it is very good to stretch for about 5 minutes to firm up the muscles.
Mistake #3.
You do not drink enough water at the gym. For a relaxed weight loss of the body, it needs enough water, otherwise the liver will only be busy preserving the available water for the body, instead of being given to metabolism. Many people explain the refusal of fluids by the fact that the body sweats a lot from a large amount of water during exercise. But this is what is needed. Let the slags come out, it’s still a gym – everyone sweats there.
Mistake #4.
You are overly keen on one type of exercise – cardio or strength training. If your goal is to lose weight and tighten up, you need to pair your workouts with cardio strength. The second ones tighten the muscles, make them more prominent, and the first ones help in burning excess fat. Cardio training leads to weight loss, but the body looks decrepit and neglected, and strength training, with the exception of aerobic exercise, will make the body overworked. You will gain more weight instead of lightness.
Mistake #5.
Therefore, give yourself a certain number of days of rest per week, train for a day or two days in order, and rest on the 3rd day. The body needs time to recover and relax. Listen to your body, do not force it, protect and love.
